Keywords
Follow the topics you care about and get a DM whenever one comes up.
Watching a busy server gets old fast. Tell Team Toolbox which words matter to you, and it sends a direct message whenever someone mentions one, with a link straight to the message.
Watch Keywords
Team Toolbox can watch plain words, multi-word phrases, and even @roles or @users, then DMs you whenever one shows up in a channel you can see. The fastest way to add one is right from a message: open the context menu, choose Apps → Watch Keyword..., and the term is pre-filled from the message so you can adjust it and save. To type one in directly, run /keywords add <keyword>. Watches are tracked per server, and each alert shows the message that triggered it, the channel it came from, and a jump link to the original.
Alerts are permission-aware: you're notified only for channels and threads your account can view, and never about your own messages.
/keywords add <keyword>Start watching a word, phrase, role, or user.Manage Keywords
Run /keywords remove <keyword> to stop watching a term, or /keywords list to see everything you're watching in the current server. Run /keywords list in a DM and Team Toolbox asks which server you mean. To manage the whole list at once -- including picking which roles and members to follow -- open the User Settings dashboard.
