Google Groups
Connect your Discord presence to your team's Google Workspace email lists.
Team Toolbox keeps Google Group membership in step with Discord roles: link a role to a group, and members are added to the group when they get the role and removed when they lose it.
How Membership Works
There's nothing to run. When your server admin links a Discord role to a Google Group, getting that role adds you to the group and losing it removes you, automatically. This keeps your Workspace email lists lined up with your Discord roles without anyone maintaining them by hand.
Link Roles to Groups
Link a Discord role to a Google Group and Team Toolbox syncs the group's membership to that role from then on. Everyone who already has the role is added when you link it, and membership follows role changes after that. You can manage these links with the commands below or on the Server Settings dashboard. The commands need the Administrator permission.
Group syncing runs on the team-wide connection, so it works once your server has connected the whole team in Google Workspace.
