Members set theirs with /shoutout birthday or on the web, and Team Toolbox posts on the day.

Common questions
Yes. Mention as many teammates as you like, or just name a group such as "The Design Team". You can mix the two -- @Ellie and the QA crew works fine.
In the channel, yes. The embed reads "From Anonymous" and nothing gives you away. Server admins can still see who sent it from the dashboard, which is what stops the feature being used to get at someone.
No. Only a month and a day are stored, so your age is never recorded and can't be worked out from it.
From either side. You can switch your own off everywhere, and admins can turn birthdays off for the whole server. Nothing posts until an admin picks a birthday channel either way.
Yes. Attach a PNG, JPG, GIF, or WebP up to 8 MB and it shows up in the embed, right under the words.
