Getting Started
Up and running in about two minutes.
Team Toolbox is a productivity suite for teams who live in Discord. A server admin adds it and switches on the features you want; then anyone can connect their apps and dive in. Pick a feature from the sidebar any time to dig into the details.
Add to DiscordApp Connections
Once Team Toolbox is on your server, link the tools your team already uses so their links come to life in Discord. Most connections are per-person, so anyone who wants their links to preview connects their own account. Run the connect command in Discord, or link and unlink accounts from your User Settings dashboard.
/google connectLink Google for Calendar, Drive, Groups, and meeting notes./notion connectLink a Notion workspace for previews and page syncs./canva connectLink Canva for design previews and brand-kit palettes./trello connectLink Trello for card and board previews.User Settings
Your User Settings dashboard is where you manage your own accounts and preferences without hunting for a command: link Google, Notion, Trello, and Canva, keep your keyword watch list, choose which calendar updates you get by DM, and review or cancel your reminders. Pick a server at the top, and it shows everything you can manage there.
Add help to any command, like /google help or /reminder help, to jump straight to the right docs.
Add Team Toolbox
A server admin adds Team Toolbox to your Discord server and approves the permissions it needs. This part takes a few clicks; Discord will show you exactly which permissions it's requesting before you approve anything (see the Security page for what each one is used for). Once it's in, Team Toolbox posts a quick hello in your main channel and lands you on Server Settings for that server, ready to configure. Every feature starts off, so nothing runs until you turn it on.
Add to DiscordServer Settings
Your Server Settings dashboard is home base and the single source of truth for how Team Toolbox runs on your server. Pick a server you administer at the top (servers without Team Toolbox show an Add App button), then flip on the features you want and configure the ones that need it, like summary schedules, server tips, the safe-space forum, calendar subscriptions, and Notion syncs. Set your App Updates Channel there too, to follow Team Toolbox news. Prefer to start from Discord? Run /toolbox setup for a link straight to this page.
