Google Groups User Guide
Automatic role-based group management and email distribution
Getting Started
Google Groups integration automatically manages your membership in email groups based on your Discord roles, keeping your team communication in sync across platforms.
When you gain or lose Discord roles, you're automatically added to or removed from corresponding Google Groups, ensuring you receive relevant emails.
How It Works
The integration connects Discord roles to Google Groups:
- Automatic Addition: Get assigned to groups when you receive matching Discord roles
- Automatic Removal: Leave groups when roles are removed
- Email Sync: Uses your Discord account email or organization email
- Permission Respect: Only manages groups where the bot has permission

/groups list
Show all Google Groups you're currently a member of through Discord role synchronization
/groups check_role [role]

/groups my_membership
